Finding your tenant ID
What the tenant (workspace) ID is and where to find it when support asks.
Your tenant ID uniquely identifies your workspace. Support may ask for it to locate your data quickly.
Where to find it
Open Workspace settings. The tenant ID (and your workspace slug) is shown in the workspace details. You can copy it to share with support.
Why it matters
Every record in OSTaaS is scoped to a tenant ID. This is how the platform guarantees that one workspace can never read another's data.
