Request a test
Turn an Atlas catalog entry into a scoped, tracked test run in your workspace.
Requesting a test creates a job in your workspace that runs the selected Atlas test against a project and its environment.
Before you request
- Pick the project the test belongs to.
- Confirm the required environment exists — some tests need a sandbox.
- Confirm any required integration is connected.
Requesting
- Open the catalog entry and choose Request test.
- Select the target project and environment.
- Submit. The request appears as a working session you can follow.
Following the run
Progress, logs, and evidence stream into the working session. Results are tenant-isolated and attached to the project.
Permissions
Running a test requires run permission in the workspace. If the action is unavailable, an owner can grant the appropriate role.
