Troubleshooting
Session expired
Why you were signed out, and how to get back into your workspace quickly.
If you were returned to the sign-in screen mid-task, your session likely expired or was ended. This is expected behavior that keeps your account secure.
Common reasons
- Inactivity. Sessions end after a period of inactivity.
- You signed out elsewhere. Ending a session on another device can end it here too.
- Password or security change. Changing credentials invalidates existing sessions.
- Administrator action. An owner may have revoked sessions after a role change.
Getting back in
- Sign in again from the sign-in screen. The deterministic result screen confirms when you are back in.
- If you land on your dashboard, you are done — any unsaved form input on the previous page is not preserved.
Reducing surprise sign-outs
Review active sessions under Profile → Sessions and sign out devices you no longer use so you always know which sessions are live.
