A sandbox is an isolated environment where a project is reproduced and tested without touching production or other tenants.

From the project, request a sandbox. See Request a sandbox for the full flow. Provisioning takes a short while; watch its status.
Working in a sandbox
- Reproduce the reported problem cleanly.
- Run test cases and capture evidence.
- Propose and validate remediations.
Lifecycle
Sandboxes are temporary. They expire on a schedule so idle resources are reclaimed — see Expiry. Capture any evidence you need before expiry.
