Getting started

Sign in

Sign in with a password or an enterprise identity provider, and understand the confirmation screen.

OSTaaS supports password sign-in and single sign-on with Microsoft, Google, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.

Password sign-in

  1. Enter your email and password on the sign-in page.
  2. On success you briefly see Signing you in securely, then You're signed in, and land on your dashboard.

Single sign-on

  1. Choose a provider button.
  2. Complete the provider login in the popup window.
  3. The popup closes and the main window shows a deterministic result screen before redirecting you.

The result screen

Every sign-in — success or failure — resolves on a single result screen so you never see a blank page or a raw provider error. A failure shows a plain-language message, a reference ID you can quote to support, and a link to troubleshooting.
