Remediation
How a proposed fix is captured, applied, and validated within a project.
When a work session finds a root cause, the fix is captured as a remediation — a concrete, reviewable change.
What a remediation records
- The root cause in plain language.
- A before/after diff (for example, a corrected configuration value).
- The session that produced it.
Validate the fix
A remediation isn't done until it's proven. Re-run the relevant checks against the fix; when every check passes, the session is marked validated and the evidence is retained.
From remediation to certification
A set of validated remediations feeds into a certification that summarizes readiness for stakeholders.
