Sign-in troubleshooting
Resolve the most common Microsoft and social sign-in problems, using the reference ID from the sign-in result screen.
If sign-in did not complete, the result screen shows a short, friendly message and a reference ID. Quote that reference ID when you contact support — it lets us find the exact attempt without exposing any sensitive detail in your browser.
Try these first
- Retry the sign-in. Many failures are transient (a closed popup, a dropped network). Use Try again on the result screen.
- Complete the provider prompt. If a consent or MFA prompt appeared, finish it before returning.
- Allow popups for this site, then retry — the provider window may have been blocked.
- Clear an old session. If you were switching accounts, sign out fully and start again.
If it still fails
- Microsoft/Entra specifics are covered in Microsoft sign-in troubleshooting.
- For how the flow works end-to-end, see Authentication overview.
- Contact support with your reference ID if the problem persists.
