Integrations
Integrations
Connect identity providers and ticketing tools like GLPI to your workspace.
The Integrations page connects OSTaaS to the tools your team already uses. Only Owners and Admins can enable or disable an integration, and every change is written to the audit log.
Sign-in providers
The identity providers you can sign in with — Google, Microsoft, GitHub, GitLab, and Atlassian — appear here with a Connected status. These let members join your workspace using accounts they already have. Managing them does not affect anyone's existing session.
Workspace tools
Beyond sign-in, you can enable operational tools such as GLPI for IT service management and ticketing. When you enable a tool:
- Its status moves to Connected.
- OSTaaS can then link findings and sessions to that tool.
- The action is recorded with who enabled it and when.
Disabling a tool stops new activity from flowing to it but does not delete history.
How to enable a tool
- Open Integrations from the workspace navigation.
- Find the tool and choose Enable.
- Confirm the status reads Connected.
If an integration fails to connect, re-check its credentials in your workspace configuration and try again. Persistent problems are covered in Troubleshooting.
