How to get help, what to include, and how reference IDs speed up a resolution.
When something is not working, a little context helps us resolve it quickly.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The reference ID if you saw one on an error screen — for example after a failed sign-in.
- Your Tenant ID, shown on the workspace Settings page.
- The approximate time it happened and the provider you used, if it was a sign-in issue.
Reference IDs
Error screens include a reference ID. It contains no sensitive information and lets support trace the exact request path — including, for sign-in, which stage failed — without ever seeing your password.
Before you write
Many issues have a fast self-serve fix:
- Sign-in problems: Fixing sign-in problems.
- Access or role questions: Workspaces and roles.
- Empty pages: they usually mean no data exists yet, not an error — the page will tell you the next action.
